I specialize in representing clients in both the sale and purchase of single family residences (detached and condominiums) and income property within Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and all of San Diego County. Also, my career with the U.S. Navy afforded me not only incredible travel opportunities but also, you could say that I am a "Relocation Expert"...having moved a total of 23 times during my married life!!! I mean, have you ever heard of someone who has that much experience in moving a household across the U.S.? And, across the globe as well! Last, I also specialize and truly enjoy assisting First Time Home Buyers in making that very critical and most nerve-wracking first home purchase.
Originally from New Jersey, I am married to a great Canadian born lady and superwoman, Shauna, and I have two children, Sean and Chris, two grand-daughters, Kendall and Jocelyn, and one grandson, Chris . You’ll see my grandchildren splattered all over my web site. They are my “pride and joy”!!! When I am not working with clients, I enjoy running, playing golf, traveling and spending lots of quality time with Kendall, Jocelyn, Chris and Grandma.
I earned a B.S. from Seton Hall University in 1970 and an MBA from Pepperdine in 1979. Since entering the real estate field, I have earned my Broker's License, graduated from Re/Max International's coveted "Road to Success" Program, and earned the following nationally recognized industry designations:
Following undergraduate studies, I began training with the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aviator and eventually earned my commission as a Naval Officer and my "Wings". This was the beginning of a most rewarding and challenging 23 year career. Following "retirement", I was the Executive V.P of a medical manufacturing company and also owned a restaurant.
Now, I am a "more than full time" San Diego real estate Broker/agent and have been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer since the beginning and a member of ReMax's Award Winning Platinum Club. I am also honored to have been selected into the Re/Max Hall of Fame.

The vast majority of agents spend nearly all of their time & resources prospecting for new business. They cold call, knock on doors, solicit thru the newspaper, etc. Quite frankly, I don't do any of that! Instead, I devote myself to "going well beyond" the expectations of my clients before, during and after each transaction. My philosophy is to always "over-deliver"! In so doing, all I ask is that if my clients are pleased with my performance, they refer other buyers or sellers who would enjoy and appreciate the same level of service. You see, I grow my business exclusively through referrals from friends and clients who I have assisted. And, as long as I do a great job for my clients, they keep referring their friends to me and I don't have to spend time prospecting like everyone else. Each year, the San Diego Union Tribune (UT) selects categories of services, restaurants, retail stores, recreation, etc., where people can nominate their selections as the “Best of…..”. The voting period consisted of both an initial and final screening with the final votes placed on-line.
